The Beginning 1980s

Nucon Enterprises Founded

The journey of the Newcon Group began over four decades ago with the establishment of Nucon Enterprises in the heart of Chhattisgarh, initially formed to undertake construction works for the Ambuja Cement Plant (erstwhile Modi Cement). What started as a focused engineering initiative soon evolved into a broader mission to contribute meaningfully to the nation's growing infrastructure needs.

National Expansion 1990s-2000s

Pan-India Growth

Operating as Nucon India Pvt. Ltd., the organisation steadily expanded its footprint across India, executing a diverse range of projects that included industrial complexes, residential developments, and commercial buildings. Each project reflected a consistent emphasis on quality, engineering discipline, and dependable execution.

Global Reach 2000s

International Projects

As capabilities strengthened and confidence grew, the organisation extended its reach beyond national boundaries through Nucon Exports, successfully delivering turnkey industrial projects overseas. Following a strategic realignment, the group consolidated its experience and established Newcon Engineers Pvt. As Managing Director at Newcon Engineers Pvt. Ltd., representing the second generation of leadership, I am committed to guiding the company's continued growth and evolution in the civil and infrastructure construction sector.

Under our leadership, Newcon has expanded and strengthened its execution capabilities across large-scale and technically demanding assignments, including projects such as IGI Cargo Terminal–II, DP World ICD, KME Expressway, and major industrial facilities.
